Turn on your camera unless instructed otherwise (breaks for personal reasons aside).
Be Respectful
Listen actively, avoid interrupting, and speak courteously. Disagreements should remain professional.
No Recording Without Permission
Do not record the meeting or take screenshots unless given explicit permission.
Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of the meeting content. Do not share information discussed unless authorized.
Attendance Expectations
Attend all scheduled meetings unless excused in advance.
Repeated unexcused absences (e.g., more than 5 per year without communication to the committee chairs) may result in removal.
Notify the chair(s) as early as possible if you’re unable to attend.
